An Individual Assessment is a management diagnostic process in which two consultants gather relevant information about a candidate's fit with the particular role requirements in the course of interviews and using business psychological tests. We identify the strengths and limitations of the participant with a view to staffing a specific position and determine his or her individual developmental needs.
