What is an Individual Assessment?

An Individual Assessment is a management diagnostic process in which two consultants gather relevant information about a candidate's fit with the particular role requirements in the course of interviews and using business psychological tests. We identify the strengths and limitations of the participant with a view to staffing a specific position and determine his or her individual developmental needs.

What is the goal of an Individual Assessment?

An Individual Assessment can be conducted in the context of selection and development decisions. The goal is to make a recommendation that will help our clients select a suitable candidate or specific personnel development measures.

What does the participant take from an Individual Assessment?

Participation in an Assessment Center gives the candidate an opportunity to examine his or her own approach to work, working style, and personal development plan, and to receive discerning feedback on individual strengths and limitations from highly skilled experts in Management Diagnostics.
