In Individual Coaching we work with an individual executive or manager to design development measures directed at his or her situation and skills. This means that the individual has a specific concern to be worked on and the coaching process has a definite objective.
Team Coaching is a particularly suitable method for addressing new or conflict-laden constellations, special strategic challenges, or other critical situations in a company. These might include staff reductions, other restructuring, the sale or merger of a company, or the development of succession plans.
