Dr. Mira Beck joined Sourisseaux Partners as a consultant in 2025. She studied psychology in Erlangen, focusing on diagnostics and methodology during both her diploma and doctoral studies. Before joining Sourisseaux Partners, she worked in personnel services and later for an international automotive supplier. From these positions, she brings experience i.a. in account management and executive recruiting, as well as project management and leadership roles.
