Dr. Caterina De Micheli has worked with Sourisseaux Partners since 2014. She completed her studies in Psychology and a doctorate in Communication Psychology at the Catholic University of Milan. She is a Founding Partner of De Micheli Lanciani Motta Psicologi del Lavoro Associati, an Italian firm, and works with our clients with an Italian or Swiss presence or background. She also consults on organizational well-being and occupational health and safety.
