Marco Baumgarten has been a Consultant at Sourisseaux Partners since 2022. After completing his master's degree in business psychology at the University of Mannheim, he began his career in a strategy consulting boutique specialized on the Banking sector, where he held the position of Head of Recruiting after a few years. Before joining Sourisseaux Partners, he worked for a big German based HR-consultancy, advising his clients on important questions relating to the selection and development of middle and senior management.
