Vanessa Kupfer has been a consultant at Sourisseaux Partners since 2024. She completed her psychology studies at the Universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg, driven by the motivation of understanding how individuals and groups can be effectively developed and assessed using empirical methods. In this pursuit, she was involved in developing various diagnostic testing procedures in Germany and Switzerland. During her studies, she also began training as a systemic therapist and counselor. Before joining Sourisseaux Partners, she worked at SAP, where she contributed to the organization of global learning programs and led workshops and coaching sessions on various developmental topics.
