Michelle has worked in various contexts and industries and with a broad array of clients, gaining deep expertise in executive leadership assessment, feedback and coaching, and small-group training. Her robust knowledge, gained over more than 15 years of practice in the leadership development field, makes her an excellent coach and advisor in many situations and settings. Her credibility stems from strong analysis and interpretation of data for strategic talent decision-making and the development of high-potential leaders in today's contemporary context. Michelle's current areas of interest are in preventing and managing burnout in women in leadership and driving equity in the workplace for all. She takes pride in helping people feel seen and heard and seeing them flourishing in their lives, work, and communities. Michelle has a doctorate in Psychology from Central Michigan University.
