As an executive coach, Dr. Bryant is equally passionate about working with individuals to achieve their personal and professional aspirations, fulfill their potential as leaders, and navigate new challenges or change. She creates a safe, yet supportively challenging environment for executives to understand themselves, their goals, and the environments in which they lead. She collaborates with leaders to identify areas for growth and devise practical ways to build and showcase their skills. Dr. Bryant has worked for several leadership advisory firms including Personnel Decisions International (PDI), Korn Ferry, and Leadership Development Worldwide (LDW). She has cultivated extensive experience designing, delivering, and managing implementation of large-scale leadership assessments from director to C-suite levels. Her expertise also extends to competency model and survey design, identification of high-potential talent, systemic leadership development, and program evaluation. She has worked with Fortune 100 companies across an array of industries including life sciences, financial services, aerospace, energy, hospitality, entertainment, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. She earned her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University. She holds an interdisciplinary Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and English literature from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
