Our diagnostic procedure combines multiple elements to create a comprehensive picture of management and leadership competencies and potential. We focus on identifying both personality and motivational patterns as well as strategic and functional capabilities.
The interviews and simulations are multi-modal, semi-structured, and include questions on management knowhow, career and business decisions and organizational choices, as well as biographical and situational aspects. During our assessments, we address personality and motivational patterns, management and strategic skills, leadership competencies, and potential indicators. In addition, interpersonal capabilities and functional management knowledge are also assessed. Psychometric tests further support the process with structured analysis. Throughout the assessment, consultants systematically evaluate the candidates’ behaviour and responses, which are later consolidated into a final evaluation.
