Dr. Aliye Kurt-Südhoff has been a Partner at Sourisseaux Partners since 2018 following seven years as a Consultant with the company. She studied Business Administration in Turkey, after which she worked as an auditor at Deloitte. She completed her Ph.D. in Social Psychology in Canada. Since 2004 she has worked as an Independent Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach. She has lectured at various business schools and universities in Germany, Canada and the Netherlands.

Leandro Dias joined Sourisseaux Partners in 2016 with the role of developing business in Brazil/Latin America at first and has been a Consultant since 2021. After his studies in Marketing and Communications, he worked with IBM Brazil and George P. Johnson in the area. He then completed his Master´s studies with a focus on Work & Organizational Psychology in the Netherlands, specializing in management diagnostics, management development, and assessments and development centers in leadership development.

Vanessa Kupfer has been a consultant at Sourisseaux Partners since 2024. She completed her psychology studies at the Universities of Mannheim and Heidelberg, driven by the motivation of understanding how individuals and groups can be effectively developed and assessed using empirical methods. In this pursuit, she has involved in developing various diagnostic testing procedures in Germany and Switzerland. During her studies, she also began training as a systemic therapist and counselor. Before joining Sourisseaux Partners, she worked at SAP, where she contributed to the organization of global learning programs and led workshops and coaching sessions on various developmental topics.

Elena Heieck joined Sourisseaux as a Consultant in 2023. After completing her degree in Psychology in the Netherlands, she joined GIZ's global psychosocial support team, concentrating on staff training, development, and psychosocial support. Later, she pursued a Master's degree in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology in London. She started specialising on surf therapy, first coordinating a project in a UK-wide charity, then serving as Head of Operations for a Portuguese charity. In both roles she was taken with overseeing recruitment, training, and management. Currently, Elena runs her own mindful surfing project "Currents and Swells" in Portugal, offering stress management, resilience training, team assessment and team building, leadership development and coaching, and surf therapy services.

Jessica Knape has been part of the Sourisseaux Partners team since February 2025. Previously, she worked for several years in administrative support in the visa sector in the American Embassy in Frankfurt. In her current role, she is responsible for organizing assessments and supporting participants, as well as implementing various projects.

Melanie Nielsen is a trained legal administrative assistant and has been working as a team assistant at Sourisseaux Partners since September 2018. In addition to supporting the participants, her responsibilities include organizing assessments and working on various projects.

Sonia Gross first joined Sourisseaux Partners as an intern in 2022 and has been part of the Back Office team since October 2025. After completing her Master's degree in Business Psychology at the University of Padua, she now contributes her expertise in organizational and administrative functions, with a particular focus on supporting assessment-related processes.
