Tim has 35 years of experience in executive assessment, leadership development, talent management, executive coaching, and cultural development/change management. He has extensive experience in multiple forms of assessment including Day-in-the-Life Executive Simulation, behavioral interviewing, 360, and multiple personality and cognitive ability assessment tools. He has led multiple system-wide cultural development initiatives designed to embed emotional and social intelligence as a core competency. His driving professional goal is to help organizations achieve both commercial success and cultural vitality.

Michelle has worked in various contexts and industries and with a broad array of clients, gaining deep expertise in executive leadership assessment, feedback and coaching, and small-group training. Her robust knowledge, gained over more than 15 years of practice in the leadership development field, makes her an excellent coach and advisor in many situations and settings. David has over 40 years experience in executive assessment, leadership development, and organization design, mostly for large multi-national companies. Most of his assessment work has entailed Day-in-the-Life assessment centers, utilizing a broad array of instruments and experiences, for both selection and development purposes. His design consultation has emphasized organizing work, building competencies, and empowering people to work in self-managed teams. As an Associate Professor at San Jose State University, Dr. Weckler founded their graduate program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
